If you are over the age of 18, then at a minimum, we recommend that you have the following in place:-

  1. Your Will

  2. Power of Attorney (for medical decisions)

  3. Power of Attorney (for financial decisions)


Administration of Deceased Estates

At Maddison Law & Co. Pty. Ltd., our dedicated team of professional advisers can assist you not only with your estate planning, but also with the administration of deceased estates.


If someone you know has passed away, we can help provide the following services:-

  1. Applying for Probate (of a Will), or

  2. Applying for Letters of Administration (where there is no Will)
